Receta de So'o apu'a Paso a Paso
Segui estos pasos para hacer el so'o apu'a receta paraguaya:
Ingredientes
- 1 kilo de carne
- 300 gramos de harina de maiz
- 4 cucharadas de aceite
- 2 cebollas
- 1 cucharadita de perejil
- 1 cucharadita de de cebollita de verdeo picado
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 1 locot
- Sal al gusto
Ingredientes para el caldo
- 1 locote
- 3 tomates perita
- 2 cebollas
- 1 zanahoria
- 1 cucharadita de perejil picado
- 4 cucharadas de aceite
- Sal y oregano al gusto
Preparacion
- Procesar o moler la carne y las verduras juntas, utilizando un mortero en el campo.
- Mezclar la carne con harina de maíz, aceite, sal, cebolla y perejil picado en un recipiente.
- Amasar los ingredientes hasta que se integren y formar pequeñas albóndigas. Reservar.
- Calentar aceite en una olla y agregar las verduras para rehogarlas por unos minutos. Añadir sal al gusto.
- Verter 2 litros de agua caliente y zapallo en la olla y dejar cocinar por 10 minutos.
- Agregar las albóndigas una por una y cocinar por 20 minutos. Apagar el fuego y agregar perejil picado.
Nota: Se puede agregar huesos de carne, otras verduras o arroz al caldo para dar más gusto.
