- 1 kg de guayabas maduras
- 1 taza de azúcar
- 1 taza de agua
- Jugo de 1 limón

Instrucciones Paso a Paso
Paso 1: Preparación de las Guayabas
Lava bien las guayabas y córtalas en trozos pequeños, eliminando las semillas. No es necesario pelarlas. Reserva.
Paso 2: Cocinar las Guayabas
En una cacerola grande, agrega las guayabas cortadas, el azúcar y el agua. Lleva la mezcla a ebullición a fuego medio-alto. Una vez que hierva, reduce el fuego a bajo y cocina a fuego lento durante 30-40 minutos o hasta que las guayabas estén suaves y la mezcla se espese. Revuelve ocasionalmente.
Paso 3: Agregar el Jugo de Limón
Una vez que las guayabas estén cocidas y la mezcla esté espesa, agrega el jugo de limón y revuelve bien. Cocina por unos minutos adicionales.
Paso 4: Enfriar y Servir
