Hacer arroz quesu es muy facil, ya que solo es una mezlca de arroz con queso y un poco de leche. Tambien puedes agregarle otros ingredientes, pero debes recortar que al ser un plato tan simple, cualquier ingrediente agregado puede cambiar bastante su sabor final.

Paso a paso para hacer la Receta de Arroz Quesu
Segui estos pasos para hacer tu arroz con queso:
Ingredientes
- 1 taza de arroz blanco
- 1 taza de leche
- 1 cebolla
- 1 1/2 de agua
- 2 cucharadas de manteca
- 3 cucharadas de queso crema
- 150 gramos de Queso Paraguay
Preparacion
- Primero corta la cebolla en cubitos pequeños.
- Coloca la mantenca en una sarten y calientala. Saltea la cebolla hasta que se derrita.
- Agrega agua y espera que empiece a hervir.
- Por otra parte, prepara un colador y agregale el arroza para lavarlo. Derramale agua de la canilla hasta que esta salga transparente mientras pasa por el colador con arroz.
- Pone el arroz en la cacerola donde esta la cebolla y el agua hirviendo. Revolvé, pero solo un poco.
- Cuando el agua vuelva a hervir, pone el fuego a minimo.
- Deja que se cocine y cada 3 minutos aproximadamente, revisa que el arroz no se pegue. De ser asi, solo revolvelo poquito para que se despegue.
- Calenta la leche en otra hornalla, y a medida que el agua se va evaporando, le vas agregando tambien la leche.
- Deja cocinar otros 10 minutos mas y despues apaga el fuego.
- Por ultimo, agrega el queso paraguay en cubos y el queso crema. Revolver bien, tapar y dejar reposar por unos 5 minutos.
Despues ya es solo cuestion de servir y disfrutar de tu riquisimo arroz quesú.
