Receta de Picadita de Carne (Picadito)
La Picadita de Carne es una de receta facil y rapida de preparar. Esta comida es conocida por su poder para reponer y recargar energias despues una noche de bebidas (yorador), ademas de tener un rico y fantastico sabor.
Hay muchas variaciones de esta receta, pero la mas comun y tipica es la que se prepara con huevos , muchas verduras y papas.

Paso a paso para hacer la Receta de Picadita de Carne
Segui estos pasos para hacer el picadito de carne:
Ingredientes
- 1/4 de carne vacuna de segunda (250gr.)
- 1 locote
- 1 cebolla
- 1 a 2 dientes de ajo
- Cebollita de verdeo al gusto
- Perejil
- Aceite
- 500 ml de agua
- 2 huevos
Preparacion
- El primer paso va a ser cortar la verduras. Corta el ajo en cubitos pequeños y la cebolla y el locote en julianas.
- Ahora, en una sarte ponemos aceite y empezamos a rehogar el ajo y la cebolla. Agrega sal al gusto.
- Despues agregamos a la mezcla carne ya picada en cubos y el locote cortado en julianas. Una vez agregados, cubrimos con agua hasta la mas o menos la mitad de la sarten.
- Tapamos la sarten y dejamos cocinar hasta que la carne este tierna. El tiempo de coccion en este caso dependera de calidad de la carne, algunas se hablandan mas rapido y otras tardan mas.
- Una vez que este tierna la carne, agregamos los huevos y removemos un poco. Tapamos de nuevo la sarten y esperemos a que se terminen de cocinar los huevos.
- Por ultimo, cuando los huevos esten cocidos, sacamos y servimos la mezcla en un plato.
Consejos y Recomendaciones
Normalmente la picadita de carne se prepara con carne de segunda, pero si queres asegurarte de que la carne salga bien tierna, podes optar por usar cortes de primera.
Datos Curiosos sobre la picadita de carne
Este plato es muy similar al Bife Koygua, solo que la principal diferencia es que para el bife koygua, se usa siempre carne de primera y los cortes suelen ser fileteados.
