¿Como hacer Soyo Paraguayo?

Hacer soyo paraguayo no es muy dificil, ya que los pasos son faciles de seguir y los ingredientes los podes encontrar en cualquier supermercado o almacen.

La base es la carne molida, luego algunas verduras como cebolla, locote, ajos y algunos condimentos para darle mas sabor.

Una de las ventajas que tiene la receta del soyo es que no necesita cocinarse mucho tiempo, por lo que puedes hacerlo muy rapido. Ideal si estas con poco tiempo.

Paso a paso para hacer la Receta de Soyo Paraguayo

Segui estos pasos para hacer el soyo:

Ingredientes

  • 500gr. de carne molida
  • 3 tomates perita
  • Medio locote (sin semillas)
  • 1 cebolla blanca
  • 1 cebollita de verdeo
  • 1 zanahoria
  • 1 diente de ajo
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite
  • 1 hoja de laurel
  • Oregano al gusto
  • Sal, pimienta y comino al gusto

Preparacion

  1. Empezamos por limpiar la carne, para este caso vamos retirando los excesos de grasa que pueda tener.
  2. Luego, empezamos a cortar la carne hasta que parezca carne molida. Una vez cortada la colocamos en un recipiente y la cubrimos con agua para que se hidrate.
  3. Ahora procedemos a cortar la cebolla, el locote y la zanahoria en cubitos. Tambien cortamos el diente de ajo, lo mas fino que se pueda.
  4. Cortamos los tomates en mitades y luego los rallamos.
  5. Una vez cortadas todas las verduras, ponemos a calentar una olla con aceite. Agregamos todas las verduras, menos la zanahoria y el tomate. Cocinamos hasta que los ingredientes se doren.
  6. Agremos a la olla sal, comino y pimienta al gusto. Tambien agregamos la zanahoria y tomates previamente picados, tambien agregamos el laurel y el oregano. Luego seguimos dorando y cocinado hasta que todos los ingredientes queden bien integrados.
  7. En ultimo lugar agregamos la carne molida y removemos la mezcla hasta que empiece a hervir. Si vemos que queda muy espesa, le agregamos agua caliente hasta que tenga la consistencia que querramos. Cocinamos por 15 minutos.
  8. Una vez pasado ese tiempo, retiramos del fuego, agregamos la cebollita de verdeo y servimos bien caliente.
